We are hiring an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for all architectural projects from concept development to construction completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
• Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
• Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant codes and regulations.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct site visits to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Portuguese fluency is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
