NextWave Publications in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior Architect for a part-time role, overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that design solutions meet their requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

• Lead and manage architectural projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design solutions that meet their needs.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lisbon Portugal on a part-time basis As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that design solutions meet their requirements This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings models and presentations using computer-aided design CAD software
• Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress of construction projects
• Work closely with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in order to provide innovative design solutions

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect preferably in a senior or leadership role
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Strong design skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English Portuguese language proficiency is a plus
