Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join the Commercial Intelligence team. You will shape profitability metrics, connect website and revenue data, and build robust data foundations using dbt and Redshift.

You will work with engineers and analysts in a fast-paced, agile culture across global offices, applying Kimball principles, and exploring AI to accelerate data products. If you enjoy cross-functional collaboration and turning data into strategic insights, you’ll thrive

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Analytics Engineering with strong SQL and dbt.
• Solid Python skills and a deep understanding of Kimball modelling principles.
• Ability to work across disciplines and autonomously drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the T in ELT within the Commercial Intelligence domain, from raw data to trusted, analysis-ready models.
• Extend the core data warehouse model with new data points and connect web analytics and revenue data into one funnel view.
• Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Analysts in one team.
• Set up proactive data monitoring and alerting.
• Contribute to AI-enabled data foundations and speed up engineering work.
