team.blue is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our AI & Data function. You will transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets, build KPIs and semantic models, and deliver data products for dashboards and reports.

You will work across marketing, product usage, customer care, revenue, and more, collaborating with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure trust in data. You will report to the Director of Analytics and help evolve the data platform across multiple brands

Qualificações

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering or similar role.
• Proficient with dbt Core or Cloud.
• Experience with Databricks or equivalent cloud data platform.
• Strong SQL with complex transformations and window functions.
• Ability to work across multiple data domains autonomously.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build robust dbt models to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets.
• Define KPI logic with stakeholders and maintain semantic/presentation layer.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to deliver reliable data products.
• Govern data cataloguing, lineage, and documentation across domains.
