Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join the Commercial Intelligence team. You will own ELT processes from raw data to analytics-ready models, applying Kimball principles and extending the data warehouse with new points.

You will connect web analytics with revenue data to create a complete funnel view. You will collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts, take on ingestion and pipeline tasks, and contribute to AI-powered data foundations while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering.
• Strong SQL and dbt skills are required.
• Solid Python skills and ability to work across disciplines.
• Analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and autonomous project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the ELT within the Commercial Intelligence domain, from raw data to analysis-ready models.
• Apply Kimball design principles to data modelling and extend the core warehouse.
