Merkle is seeking a Senior Trainer/Coach to lead organizational learning and capability development in AI. You will design comprehensive training curricula and deliver engaging programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, while coaching individuals to apply AI in their roles.

The role emphasizes adult learning, instructional design expertise, and a collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach to build AI literacy across the client organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in training design, instructional development, or coaching.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and practical usage.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Position Overview

Learning, Development & Organization Growth Our client is seeking a Senior Trainer/Coach to lead organizational learning and capability development in AI. This role is focused on designing and delivering comprehensive training programs and coaching that help employees understand and effectively use AI. You will foster a culture of growth and continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Design & Curriculum DevelopmentDesign and develop comprehensive AI training curricula for different skill levels and departmentsCreate engaging learning materials, tutorials, workshops, and self-paced contentDevelop training tracks from beginner to advanced levelsCustomize training approaches for different organizational units and roles
2. Training Delivery & CoachingDeliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessionsProvide one-on-one and group coaching to help employees apply AI in their rolesFacilitate learning communities and peer-to-peer knowledge sharingCreate safe, supportive learning environments that build confidence
3. Learning & Growth EnablementAssess learning needs across the organizationMeasure training effectiveness and employee competency developmentIdentify gaps and iterate on training programs for continuous improvementFoster a culture of continuous growth and AI literacy across the client

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in training design, instructional development, or coaching
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, applications, and practical usage
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training to different learning styles
• Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs
• Track record of building organizational capability and driving adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or coaching methodologies
• Advanced degree in Education, L&D, or related field
• Experience with learning management systems and training technology
• Background in organizational development or change management
