Ytech, based in Lisbon, seeks a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to own the lifecycle of enterprise AI solutions from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, optimization and production support.

You will work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Python and TypeScript to deliver scalable AI services, guardrails, and multimodal workflows while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Hands-on engineer with AI solution lifecycle ownership.
• Experience in Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience in production AI systems, LLMOps, and DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead handover and stabilization of vendor-developed AI solutions.
• Review code, prompts, architecture and documentation for improvements.
• Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
• Apply best practices for RAG, agentic workflows, and multimodal AI.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code for deployments.
• Implement monitoring, cost optimization, and production support.
• Resolve complex AI incidents including hallucinations and grounding issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on backlog, requirements and demos.
• Support internal teams with Copilot best practices.

What challenge do we have for you?

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer – Azure & Generative AI to join a team responsible for developing, operating and continuously improving enterprise AI solutions.

This is a hands-on engineering position combining Generative AI development, solution takeover, LLMOps, DevOps and production support.

The main responsibility will be to take ownership of AI solutions throughout their lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, optimization and operational support.

The role covers different AI solution patterns, including conversational assistants, copilots, RAG applications, agentic workflows, document intelligence, multimodal AI services, integrations and customized language models.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead the handover and stabilization of vendor-developed AI solutions.


• Review code, prompts, architecture and documentation, identifying technical debt and improvement actions.


• Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Python and TypeScript.


• Apply best practices for RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, multimodal AI, guardrails and responsible AI.


• Build CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerized deployments and LLMOps processes.


• Implement monitoring, cost optimization, lifecycle management and production support.


• Resolve complex AI incidents, including hallucinations, grounding failures and integration issues.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders on backlog management, requirements, planning, demos and adoption.


• Support internal teams with GitHub Copilot best practices and enablement.
