act digital is seeking an experienced DevOps AI Platform Engineer to design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise AI solutions. You will own existing AI applications, build new GenAI solutions, manage platform operations, and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive AI adoption.

Responsibilities include maintaining vendor-provided AI, designing with Azure OpenAI and related tech, building CI/CD pipelines, observability, and LLMOps, while promoting best practices and rapid, reliable

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years delivering Generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform/Bicep.

• Implement AI patterns such as RAG, agentic workflows, conversational AI, document intelligence, and multimodal solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability, and LLMOps practices.
• Provide L3 support, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve AI solution performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
• Promote best practices and adoption of GitHub Copilot across development teams.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform/Bicep.
• Experience with at least three of the following: RAG, conversational AI, agentic workflows, document intelligence, AI integrations.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI evaluation, guardrails, and LLMOps.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and managing product backlogs.

Nice to Have

• LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, Pydantic AI or similar.
• Fine-tuning and customization of AI models.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
