Lynxmind is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect in Lisbon to drive a strategic AI transformation, shaping AI-native architectures and an orchestrated ecosystem across SDLC, Data and IT Operations. You will design blueprints, ensure security, govern interoperability and optimize cloud AI/ML workloads.

Hybrid work model in Lisbon with 2 days per week onsite. 7–8+ years of architecture experience and strong hands-on skills are required, along with stakeholder management and cross-functional

Qualificações

• 7–8+ years of experience in Systems, Solution or Technical Architecture.
• Strong hands-on profile with ability to code and work on platforms.
• Proven experience with AI-native architectures, agent orchestration, LLMs and guardrails.
• Cloud architecture knowledge for AI/ML workloads, including cost management and caching.
• Experience with heterogeneous environments and microservices.

Responsabilidades

At Lynxmind, we are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect to join a strategic AI transformation programme focused on evolving IT towards an ecosystem of orchestrated AI agents and specialised skills across Software Development (SDLC), Data and IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architectural standards and blueprints for AI integration across SDLC, Data and Ops;
• Design and evolve AI-native architectures, including agent orchestration, LLMs, RAG, guardrails and MCP;
• Ensure interoperability across platforms and support technical debt and legacy migration strategies;
• Design infrastructure and deployment strategies for AI/ML workloads;
• Apply Security by Design, AI-powered quality gates and end-to-end observability;
• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and contribute to architecture best practices.

Requirements

• 7–8+ years of experience in Systems, Solution or Technical Architecture;
• Strong hands-on profile, comfortable working with code and platforms;
• Proven experience with AI-native architectures, agent orchestration, production LLMs, RAG, guardrails and MCP;
• Strong cloud architecture knowledge for AI/ML workloads, including cost management, rate limiting and inference caching;
• Experience with heterogeneous environments, ideally including OutSystems, Salesforce/Agentforce, open source, event-driven architectures and microservices;
• Strong modular architecture mindset, with a focus on avoiding vendor lock-in;
• Experience in regulated environments such as telecommunications, banking or insurance, with knowledge of GDPR and ideally the EU AI Act;
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
