Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon is seeking a Business Analyst for AI Sales Solutions. You will own work packages within AI sales initiatives and support global rollout of AI solutions for sales representatives worldwide.

The role requires translating sales needs into actionable requirements, bridging sales processes with AI technologies, and collaborating in an international team with English as the working language.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of specific work packages and project modules within our AI sales initiatives.
• Support the team lead in the conception, development, and global rollout of AI solutions for sales reps worldwide.
• Assist in translating sales domain needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical/development teams.
• Help bridge the gap between complex sales processes and AI technologies.
• Support global rollout activities by preparing materials, gathering user feedback, identifying best practices, and tracking user adoption.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for specific project topics, ensuring tasks are driven forward effectively.

• Strong communication skills to effectively translate between technical AI teams and non-technical sales reps.
• Proactive, supportive, and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a rapidly changing technological environment.

• Fluent in English (working in an international, cross-functional team).
