Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product discovery and delivery for our AI-driven platform. You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and other product managers to translate strategy into customer-facing experiences that scale with our growing global platform.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven software product management experience.
• Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery to launch, iteration, and scale.
• Experience launching mobile, desktop, and web applications across full product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices.
• Experience building intelligent workflows by connecting systems and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing product experiences.
• Define scope of new product features and ongoing improvements.
• Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Establish credibility with internal and external partners.
• Break down complex problems using data, research, and analytics.
