Luza Group is a consulting company focused on talent, tech and innovation. We design and implement agentic development workflows, AI agents, and automation across the SDLC.
Our team builds scalable CI/CD pipelines and integrates AI-powered workflows with enterprise systems such as Jira and source control. We are looking for a senior software engineer with 8+ years of experience, strong Python and TypeScript skills, and a background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure (GCP).
Competenze
- 8+ years of software engineering experience required.
- Proven experience deploying AI agents in production.
- Strong background in Platform Engineering, DevOps and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript; knowledge of Kotlin/Go/Rust is a plus.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP or equivalent) and IaC (Terraform).
- Experience building internal developer platforms, CLIs, or workflow engines.
Mansioni
- Design and build agentic development workflows and automation across the SDLC.
- Develop and integrate AI agents including orchestration and context engineering.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and quality checks.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Integrate AI workflows with Jira, source control, and CI platforms.
- Improve engineering efficiency and developer experience.
