Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an AI Enterprise Technical Lead to own enterprise AI delivery for a major global brand. This role blends architectural influence with hands-on engineering and client-facing discovery, shaping secure, enterprise-grade AI platforms around Azure and LLMs.

You will drive technical discovery, define AI vs. deterministic boundaries, and lead engineers while ensuring governance, security and continuous improvement across complex implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures, RAG and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions and integrating them with APIs and application services.
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience combining LLM capabilities with deterministic application logic.
• Context engineering, retrieval, structured model outputs and AI evaluation.
• Understanding security, identity, governance and human oversight in enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design, translating business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Shape architecture across AI agents, orchestration, RAG/retrieval, Azure services and enterprise integrations.
• Define boundaries between AI/LLM capabilities and deterministic logic.
• Design agent workflows, context management, tool usage and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Shape RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions, including retrieval from trusted sources.
• Design integrations between AI workflows, APIs and existing enterprise platforms.
• Ensure security, identity, access, governance and observability are addressed.
• Turn discovery outcomes into architecture, scope and backlog.
• Lead engineers with hands-on guidance and code reviews.
