Xelerate is seeking a backend/DevOps-focused engineer to turn AI prototypes into scalable, production-ready enterprise applications. You will own CI/CD pipelines, LLM observability, cloud infrastructure, and security to keep AI-powered services fast, reliable, and cost-efficient in production.

You will collaborate with the AI Solution Architect and engineering squad to transform PoCs into stable releases, drive deployment workflows on Azure, and ensure robust monitoring and incident

Qualificações

• Solid background in software development, DevOps, or back-end engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML systems to cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Streamlit, Docker, and Azure cloud deployment services.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
• Autonomy and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Transform AI prototypes and agent logic into production-ready, resilient, and scalable backend applications.
• Architect, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Azure App Service.
• Implement comprehensive LLM observability, logging, alerting, and cost/quota management frameworks for live production agents.
• Enforce cloud security, access control, and strict data protection policies across Azure infrastructure and container registries.
• Manage operational risk and platform health, ensuring smooth system performance as the volume of parallel running agents increases.
• Collaborate closely with the AI Solution Architect and engineering squad to streamline the handoff of PoCs into stable production releases.
