HCON in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to own the full ML lifecycle—from research and development to production deployment. You will design and implement AI solutions across client projects, ensuring scalability and reliability in production environments.

The role emphasizes MLOps, collaboration with cloud engineers, and exposure to Large Language Models, computer vision, and optimization techniques in a production setting.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and key ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases, or similar).
• Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.
