PrimeIT in Porto is seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, fine-tune LLMs, and deploy production-ready solutions for client platforms in a hybrid Porto working model.

You will collaborate with software and data teams, advance MLOps practices, monitor models, and contribute to AI governance and responsible AI initiatives, leveraging your 2–3 years of mid-senior experience.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or a similar role.
• Strong background in software engineering and enterprise-scale technology delivery.
• Experience defining and implementing AI or technology strategies in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, model monitoring, observability, and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines for scalable solutions.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs with client platform integration.
• Implement AI-focused CI/CD pipelines and automate data workflows.
• Evaluate and optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and real-time performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, and product teams.
• Contribute to AI architecture decisions and governance practices.
