Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software/ML engineering in production systems.

• Own production-grade backend components and async pipelines for AI models.
• Design deterministic-agentic bridges for secure, compliant autonomous tasks.
• Deploy ML models from research into stable production code.
• Collaborate with backend and data engineers to productionize agentic workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate architecture and delivery.
