Siemens is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions including RAG and retrieval pipelines. You will bring production-grade practices to AI, lead initiatives from concept to deployment, and collaborate with an international team to integrate AI into existing platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in software/ML/data roles, strong Python and cloud-native experience, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or data science roles with hands-on AI/LLM experience.
• Experience taking solutions from exploration to production, not just prototypes.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions including RAG and retrieval pipelines.
• Apply production-grade practices: clean code, testing, CI/CD, containerization, observability, MLOps/LLMOps.
• Lead initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Prototype fast, validate with users, then harden valuable components.
• Collaborate with an international team of engineers, product managers, and domain experts.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues and share reusable patterns and reference architectures.
