Pleo is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to own the semantic layer and analytics standards across the organization. You will shape the canonical definitions for key metrics and drive AI-enabled data tooling in a fast-evolving BI stack.

You will collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to enforce data contracts, build scalable data models, and foster a community of practice among Analytics Engineers.

Qualificações

• Extensive dbt modelling and data architecture experience.
• Strong BigQuery and SQL expertise with performance focus.
• Experience owning semantic layers and metric consistency at scale.
• Familiarity with AI-native development in data engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own the semantic layer and define canonical metrics (MRR, churn, etc.).
• Set data modelling standards and maintain a clean dbt architecture.
• Build and lead Analytics Engineering community of practice; drive code reviews and docs.
• Lead AI-native data tooling adoption and governance within the analytics stack.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams on data contracts and schemas.
