ITDS in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Data Scientist & AI Engineer to design and deploy cutting-edge ML models and agentic AI solutions for financial industry use cases.

You will work hybrid from Lisbon, collaborating with data engineers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable AI platforms with robust testing, validation and documentation. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years of professional ML/AI experience.
• Experience developing agentic AI solutions.
• Proficiency with open-source and commercial LLMs in Python.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy advanced ML models and AI solutions.
• Fine-tune and extend LLMs (open-source and commercial).
• Optimize AI with RAG techniques and vector databases.
• Analyze data with exploration, EDA and feature engineering.
• Build agentic AI systems with memory/state/file systems and protocols.
• Apply traditional ML methods (trees, NN, SVM).
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, stakeholders.
• Ensure quality via testing, validation, docs.
