For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years of experience creating and implementing AI solutions in production environments;
• Practical experience using recent LLMs, such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral or equivalent models;
• Experience building AI agent applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework or comparable technologies;
• Solid programming experience using Python;
• Understanding of other programming languages like .NET (mandatory);
• Fluency in English (B2 Level);
• Availability for a remote regime with occasional visits to the office (Lisbon) (Candidate should to be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
