Claranet in Lisbon is seeking a Senior SLDC Specialist to lead the AI-driven SDLC transformation across our engineering teams. You will define operating models, establish best practices, and partner with Architecture, Security, Testing, and Product to embed AI into delivery processes.

You'll drive pilot initiatives, measure adoption KPIs, and evolve engineering standards with scalable, enterprise-wide patterns.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Software Engineering or SDLC transformation.
• Strong software delivery and DevSecOps background.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
• Experience defining operating models and governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Define and drive the AI-Driven Software Development Lifecycle operating model.
• Identify opportunities where AI can transform or automate activities.
• Redesign engineering processes with a Human + AI approach.
• Establish best practices for specs, skills, instructions, and agents.
• Develop reusable standards and patterns for AI-assisted software engineering.
• Evolve practices across requirements, architecture, development, testing, security, and release.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and skills for AI-driven organization.
• Design AI-driven Golden Paths and reference workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Testing, and Product teams.
• Lead pilots and scale outcomes enterprise-wide.
• Define and track adoption, productivity, quality, and developer experience KPIs.
• Evaluate AI coding assistants and agentic technologies for SDLC applicability.
