AMS OSRAM is hiring a Generative AI & Data Science Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions across the company. You will work with ML, forecasting, LLMs, and Copilot-based experiences, collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will prototype and operationalize production-ready AI systems with best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and governance, while ensuring secure, responsible AI adoption and strong collaboration with data teams.

Qualificações

• Experience designing and building AI/ML systems at scale.
• Forecasting and LLMs experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with governance and responsible AI practices.
