OSRAM Lda. in Carnaxide, Portugal, seeks a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver scalable automation across business workflows.

The role requires a master's degree in a related field, strong software engineering fundamentals, and hands-on experience with Git-based development and AI tooling. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Your new responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Copilot Studio AI agents, Power Apps, and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Build AI-powered experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and modern AI technologies
• Design and optimize LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise search, and agentic workflows
• Develop end-to-end business process automation using Power Automate, integrating business actions, approvals, notifications, and enterprise system workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, software engineers, and platform teams to transform business requirements into scalable digital solutions
• Support citizen developers by establishing governance frameworks, reusable components and development standards
• Create enablement materials, training content, and technical guidance to accelerate adoption of Copilot, AI Agents, and Power Platform solutions across the organization
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping teams identify, evaluate, and successfully implement automation, digitalization, and AI opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, modular development, code quality, testing strategies, and maintainable application architectures
• Experience with Git-based source control systems, branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development practices

Strong background in

• Power Platform application
• development, including
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform solution design

Experience working with

• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Generative AI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents

Knowledge of

• cloud platforms, preferably
• Microsoft Azure, including AI, data, security, identity, and integration services
