ams OSRAM is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered agents, business applications, and automation solutions across the company.

You will work with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Generative AI, Azure AI services, and enterprise integrations, collaborating with business and technology teams to bring innovative ideas into production and shape the future of intelligent work at ams OSRAM.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and maintainable architectures.
• Experience with Git-based source control, branching, code reviews, and collaborative development.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and scale AI-powered agents, business applications, and automation solutions.
• Develop experiences using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and AI technologies.
• Design and optimize LLM-based solutions including prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Develop end-to-end automation using Power Automate and enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Create governance and reusable components to support citizen developers.
• Produce enablement materials and guidance to accelerate adoption of Copilot and Power Platform.

Your new responsibilities

We're looking for a highly qualified professional to join our AI Center of Excellence as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Copilot Studio, Power Platform & Generative AI) (d/m/f). In this role, you will design, build, and scale AI-powered agents, business applications, and automation solutions that address real business challenges and deliver measurable impact across the company. You'll work with modern Microsoft technologies, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Generative AI, Azure AI services, and enterprise integrations, collaborating closely with business and technology teams to bring innovative ideas into production and help shape the future of intelligent work at ams OSRAM.

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Copilot Studio AI agents, Power Apps, and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Build AI-powered experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and modern AI technologies
• Design and optimize LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise search, and agentic workflows
• Develop end-to-end business process automation using Power Automate, integrating business actions, approvals, notifications, and enterprise system workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, software engineers, and platform teams to transform business requirements into scalable digital solutions
• Support citizen developers by establishing governance frameworks, reusable components and development standards
• Create enablement materials, training content, and technical guidance to accelerate adoption of Copilot, AI Agents, and Power Platform solutions across the organization
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping teams identify, evaluate, and successfully implement automation, digitalization, and AI opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, modular development, code quality, testing strategies, and maintainable application architectures
• Experience with Git-based source control systems, branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development practices
• Strong background in Power Platform application development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform solution design
• Experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Generative AI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, including AI, data, security, identity, and integration services
