Stealth-Mode Marketplace Startup in the MENA region is seeking a hands-on Lead AI & Data Platform Engineer to own our site's AI, data platform, and growth automation infrastructure. You will design, build, deploy, measure, and improve production systems across data engineering, event tracking, AI automation, LLM integrations, and marketing data activation.

Qualificações

7+ years in software/data/AI engineering or data platform architecture.
Experience building production data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
Experience integrating AI models and APIs into production systems.

Responsabilidades

Own AI and data platform roadmap in partnership with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership.
Design, build, deploy, measure, and improve production AI workflows and data pipelines.
Architect and maintain scalable central data warehouse and event tracking infrastructure.
Define data quality rules, lineage, monitoring, and governance for BI and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and growth to turn data into targeted personalization and ROI.
