Nordea Asset Management (NAM) in Lisbon is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to build and evolve our internal data platform and tooling. You will be hands-on, writing code, developing pipelines, and enabling platform adoption across the organization.

The role sits within the AI and Data Innovation team, and you will collaborate with engineering and data practitioners to advance data capabilities. The role requires a strong Foundation in data engineering and Python, with familiarity in Airflow,

Qualificações

• Fluent in English; European language is a plus.
• Software Engineering or Data Engineering background.
• Track record of technology-fueled business outcomes.
• Experience with data engineering concepts and modern data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Enable data platform tooling and infrastructure; write code and build pipelines.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable data workflows.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform.
• Collaborate with teams to drive platform adoption across the organization.
• Act as bridge between data platform and AI Lab to support AI/LLM use cases.
• Identify improvements and new capabilities within the platform.
