Nordea Asset Management’s Innovation team in Lisbon is seeking a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to deploy AI tools across the organization, focusing on knowledge bases, agentic workflows and business automations.

You will work on-site in Oeiras with a hybrid option after six months, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate theory into practical AI solutions and grow your technical and business acumen in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Master in Computer Science, Business Analytics or other numerate subject.
• Experience with AI agents, BI and data handling is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy AI tools within the organization, focusing on knowledge bases and agentic workflows.
• Assist in technical implementation of use cases and cross-functional deployment of AI.
• Support teams implementing AI use cases with a service mindset.
