Job summary

Wire IT in Portugal is seeking an experienced AI Coach - Agentic Engineering for a remote role. You will bring 6+ years of software engineering experience to build and scale AI workflows and developer tooling.

Work with agent orchestration frameworks, MCP-based tooling, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures in a dynamic, international team focused on innovative digital commerce projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including workshops and technical enablement programs.

Role: AI Coach - Agentic Engineering

Location: Remote, Portugal

Required skills:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.


• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.


• Experience working with MCP-based tooling and integrations.


• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.


• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.


• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.


• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.


• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
