Amadeus Hospitality in Lisbon is seeking a Principal Release Train Engineer to lead an Agile Release Train for Seamless Travel initiatives. You will act as a servant leader, coach teams, and optimize delivery across multiple squads, aligning with SAFe practices and PI planning.

Qualificações

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years IT experience, plus 2–4 years managing concurrent deliveries in scaled Agile environments.
• Knowledge of SAFe® practices; certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for planning and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate ART processes and ceremonies, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams.
• Coach teams, stakeholders, and leaders on Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Support implementation of SAFe® practices and flow of value.
• Manage and optimize ART planning, including PI events and readiness.
• Track and communicate ART metrics to ensure predictability and informed decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to align strategy and execution, including PI objectives.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster communities of practice.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies within the ART context.
