Amadeus in Lisbon is seeking a Principal Release Train Engineer to guide an Agile Release Train focused on Seamless Travel. You will serve as a servant leader, facilitator, and coach to ensure value delivery and continuous improvement across multiple teams within the ART.

You will coordinate SAFe practices, manage PI events, track metrics, align strategy with execution, and foster communities of practice. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to

Qualificações

• Background in CS or software engineering.
• 6–8 years IT experience with 2–4 years delivering at scale in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of SAFe practices; certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for planning and reporting.
• Strong ability to manage complex deliveries across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate ART processes and ceremonies with alignment and transparency.
• Coach teams, stakeholders and leaders on Lean-Agile practices.
• Support SAFe implementation and flow of value.
• Manage PI events and ART readiness.
• Track ART metrics to improve predictability.
• Partner with stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Promote continuous improvement and communities of practice.
