Amadeus in Lisbon is expanding its Agile Release Train focused on Seamless Travel. We seek a Principal Release Train Engineer to guide ART members as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring value delivery and continuous improvement across teams.

You will facilitate PI planning, mentor stakeholders on Lean-Agile mindsets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align strategy with execution within a global tech environment.

Qualificações

• IT experience of 6–8 years, delivering in scaled Agile environments.
• SAFe practices knowledge; certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for planning and reporting.
• Strong ability to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate ART processes and ceremonies, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams.
• Coach teams, stakeholders, and leaders on Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Support SAFe implementations and the flow of value.
• Manage ART planning, including PI events and readiness.
• Track and communicate ART metrics to improve predictability.
• Partner with stakeholders to align strategy and execution, including PI objectives.
• Promote continuous improvement and communities of practice.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies within the ART.
