Amadeus in Lisboa is seeking a Principal Release Train Engineer to lead the Agile Release Train for Seamless Travel. This on-site, full-time role focuses on facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, and ensuring value delivery across multiple teams.

You will oversee PI planning, track ART metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to align strategy and execution. A CS/SE background and SAFe knowledge are required, with Jira/Confluence experience a plus.

Qualificações

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years in IT with 2–4 years delivering in scaled Agile environments.
• Knowledge of SAFe practices; certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for planning and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate ART processes and ceremonies across teams.
• Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile practices.
• Support SAFe practices and flow of value.
• Manage ART planning including PI events and readiness.
• Track and communicate ART metrics for predictability.
• Partner with stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Promote continuous improvement and communities of practice.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies within the ART.
