Job summary

Inetum in Portugal is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to help customer stakeholders, the Product Owner and the Dev Team collaborate constructively and productively. You will ensure Scrum ceremonies are set up and followed, unblock obstacles, and guide the team toward continuous improvement.

You will coach Agile practices across the portfolio, support change management, and help teams stay aligned with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS while fostering self-management and ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master (5+ years).
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and agile principles.
• Familiarity with Kanban, SAFe, LeSS environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
• Professional English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Capable of enabling teams to own decisions and resolve stalemates.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration between customer stakeholders, Product Owner and Dev Team.
• Set up and ensure Scrum ceremonies are followed.
• Identify and unblock obstacles using agile approaches.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and mindset.
• Foster self-management and ownership within teams.
• Support change management during Agile transitions.
• Maintain alignment with Agile/Scrum across projects.
