Job summary

Inetum is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to guide Agile practices and drive successful project delivery in Lisbon. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments and promote a collaborative, high-performing environment.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days per week in the Lisbon office. Fluent French (B2) is required, and you should be adept at scaling Agile practices across teams while supporting organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Scrum teams and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to coach and teach Agile practices.
• French B2 level.
