Inetum, a European leader in digital services, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile practices and deliver complex projects. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help remove impediments to boost collaboration and performance.

This is a hybrid role (50% onsite, 50% remote) based in Lisbon, Portugal, requiring strong communication and French B2. You will partner with product and engineering teams to drive transformation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working with Scrum teams.
• Ability to teach and coach Agile methodologies.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and team facilitation.
• Comfortable adapting to change and driving transformation.
• French B2 proficiency.
• Hybrid workplace: 50% onsite, 50% remote.
