Match Profiler is seeking a Senior Agentic AI (m/f) for a hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will design and deliver Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, architecting secure, scalable agents with tool integration, memory, observability and guardrails.

You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure responsible AI practices, data protection and reliable performance, contributing to innovative AI services and client impact.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, structured outputs, tool/function calling, evaluation and performance optimization.

Senior Agentic AI (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for

Hard Skills:

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, structured outputs, tool/function calling, evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience building Agentic AI services with LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework, or comparable technologies.
• Ability to define reliable, scalable, and secure agent architectures covering orchestration, tool integration, memory strategies, observability, error handling, guardrails, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with AI data and search technologies, including SQL/NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Azure AI Search, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic retrieval.
• Strong focus on Security and Responsible AI, including secure AI design, data protection, model and agent risk management, compliance considerations, and responsible use of AI systems.
