Job summary

Carrier, including Addvolt, is seeking an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality across the full product lifecycle from project development through serial production. The role interfaces with Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and suppliers to ensure robust processes and launch readiness.

The candidate will drive APQP, PPAP, audits, and corrective actions, while managing supplier performance and escalation to protect production and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or quality engineering required.
• 5+ years of progressive supplier quality experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality across project development and serial production lifecycle.
• Lead supplier APQP/PPAP, audits, risk assessment, and launch readiness.
