Job summary

Visteon Corporation seeks an Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. You will prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, support monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP while strengthening internal controls.

You will collaborate with business units to analyze variances, prepare internal and external reports, and support audits. English is required; German is a plus, and AI-enabled efficiency is encouraged.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years in accounting, financial analysis, or auditing.
CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred or in progress.
Business-level English; German a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and general ledger accounts.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance and adherence to accounting policies.
Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with business units to analyze variances and explain results.
Strengthen internal controls and support audit readiness.
Collaborate with auditors during audits and reviews.
Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.
