Job summary

Iterable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to strengthen the GL Operations team. You will partner with Operations, Procurement, Legal, FP&A and others to drive accurate close and robust reporting.

The ideal candidate has a strong GL background, 5+ years of experience, and expertise in NetSuite, with flexibility to support cross-functional initiatives and process improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAP reporting.
• 5+ years' experience in GL and accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare account reconciliations and schedules for journal entries and reports for month-end close.
• Perform intercompany transactions, eliminations and consolidations using NetSuite.
• Execute timely payment runs, payroll funding, cash forecasting, and daily treasury operations.
• Prepare monthly flux analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments and be the point of contact for GL questions.
• Support GL operations including accounts payable and expense reporting.
• Assist with audit deliverables and ad hoc requests.
• Evaluate processes and system infrastructure; drive automation and AI solutions.
• Partner with Offshore team to maintain high-performing global team and deadlines.
• Be versatile and perform tasks from routine accounting to ad-hoc projects.
