team.blue in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Record to Report Specialist. You will manage the general ledger and month-end close across multiple entities, ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.

You will work hands-on with NetSuite, drive process improvement, and support VAT, OSS, Intrastat, and CIT declarations within a growing SSC environment. English fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance with strong RtR exposure.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre or international finance environment preferred.
• Solid understanding of European GAAP and IFRS.
• Hands-on with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; SAP/Oracle valued).
• Proficient in Excel for daily accounting activities.

Aufgaben

• Manage general ledger for a portfolio of entities, ensuring accuracy and IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, provide variance analysis and commentary.
• Support VAT, OSS, Intrastat and CIT declarations and audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation; onboard new entities.
• Mentor RtR associates within the team.
