1GLOBAL, a Lisbon-based financial operations role, seeks a Senior Accountant to own core accounting functions including reconciliations, VAT returns, and financial statement preparation for multiple entities. You will support wholesale cost calculations during month-end close and assist in global audits, working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified accountant with strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent Excel and accounting software proficiency.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience within Big 4 or equivalent training preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare financial statements for multiple entities.
• Support wholesale cost calculations in month-end close.
• Assist in worldwide audits with cross-functional teams.
