We are looking for a Securities Settlement & Data Automation Specialist to join an international financial services environment in Lisbon.

What We're Looking For

• Monitor and ensure the timely settlement of securities transactions and associated products


• Perform cash and position reconciliations across internal systems and local custodians


• Ensure referential and static data is accurate and up to date, working closely with the relevant teams


• Manage emails and operational queries efficiently and within agreed timelines


• Support pre- and post-settlement activities, clearing, custody and related processes


• Maintain relevant documentation and ensure accurate processing of securities-related transactions and events


• Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency

Technical Skills

• Experience with data automation, using tools such as Python, VBA, Power BI or similar


• Strong data analysis skills


• Previous experience or knowledge within financial services / securities operations


• Understanding of securities settlement processes will be highly valued
