Axians is seeking a Securities Settlements Analyst to join an international financial services project in Lisbon. You will support settlement operations, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of transactions while contributing to data integrity and post-trade efficiency.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, apply analytical skills to optimize processes, and leverage automation tools like Python, VBA, or Power BI to enhance accuracy and speed in daily tasks.

Qualificações

• Degree or higher in finance, economics, management, business administration, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in financial operations, settlements, custody, securities services, middle office, or similar environments is a plus.
• Understanding of financial markets and post-trade processes.
• Knowledge of securities transactions and settlement lifecycle is valued.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting activities.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Python, VBA, Power BI, or similar technologies.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and ensure settlement of security transactions and associated products.
• Perform cash and position reconciliation within internal systems and local custodians.
• Ensure referential data is up-to-date with the responsible teams.
• Respond to emails and queries in a proper and timely manner.
• Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
