HN Services Portugal is seeking a Securities Issuance Officer to join an international team responsible for issuing and managing structured securities across European markets.

You will prepare documentation, validate terms, and ensure accurate data flow between Front Office, Legal, IT, and market authorities, while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Securities Operations, Middle Office, or Structured Products.
• Understanding of financial instruments such as Equities, Indices, ETFs, Commodities, FX, Certificates, Warrants, Equity Derivatives.
• Knowledge of the securities issuance lifecycle, Corporate Actions, settlement, or market operations is highly valued.
• Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review documentation for the issuance of structured products, including certificates and warrants.
• Draft and validate Final Terms and supporting documentation based on established legal templates.
• Review documentation generated by Front Office systems and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform pre-trade operational activities, including ISIN activation, data reconciliation, and agent information validation.
• Coordinate documentation submissions with exchanges, clearing systems, financial agents, and market authorities.
• Support Corporate Actions and other post-issuance events by preparing notices and updating internal databases.
• Work closely with Front Office, Back Office, Legal, IT, and other international stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate issuance.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
