Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Hazard Communication Specialist to author Safety Data Sheets and product labels worldwide. You will manage local SDSs, ensure alignment with UN recommendations, and stay current with global regulatory changes.

You will perform hazard and regulatory assessments, assess SDS changes, and build expertise in local SDS regulations and the SAP-EHS tool. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in authoring SDS
• Experience with SAP EHS module
• Experience in EU CLP and UN GHS regulations
• Desire to provide excellent customer service in global teams
• Autonomy, responsibility and curiosity in a cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Create and update local SDSs and labels following guidances for new versions and updates
• Maintain consistency with reference SDS based on UN recommendations
• Conduct hazard, health, physical and environmental regulatory assessments; assess SDS changes
• Build and maintain expertise in country/local SDS regulations and in SAP-EHS tool
