Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Mobile SDKs team, focusing on C++ and mobile platform integration for banking apps. You will participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning while building and maintaining SDK components across iOS, Android, and Huawei ecosystems.

The role emphasizes API/backend integration, code quality, and rigorous testing, with a hybrid work model (2-3 days on-site).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development with C++.
• Strong knowledge of C++, OOP, and Design Patterns.
• Experience in mobile development and integration languages: Kotlin, Swift, Java, and Objective-C.
• Experience developing and integrating SDKs and reusable libraries, including APIs and backend services.
• Proficient with Git, unit testing, code quality, logging, diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in Portuguese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to team planning and activity estimation.
• Develop and maintain the evolutionary and corrective components of Mobile SDKs used by banking applications.
• Develop and evolve the SDK layer responsible for standardizing mobile application integration (iOS, Android, and Huawei ecosystem) with backend/core services.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve defects and technical issues related to SDKs, articulating with other teams as necessary.
• Provide technical support for solutions in production environments, including incident analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of respective corrections.
• Ensure the quality, robustness, performance, and compatibility of developed solutions through unit testing and adherence to organizational development, architecture, security, and code quality standards.

What will you do?
