Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Promote Agile and Scrum principles across development teams.
• Monitor Agile KPIs and delivery metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively work with teams and stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Facilitate communication between business areas, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Support release planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
• Drive Agile maturity and process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor teams in Agile collaboration and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage Agile initiatives using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

Location: Brazil (any location)

Work Model: Hybrid for candidates living in state capitals and Remote for candidates living in countryside/cities outside the state capacites
