A tech consultancy is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies. This role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills, along with experience in using Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence. The position offers hybrid working conditions. Valid visa in EU Region is a must as sponsorship will not be provided.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.

We are looking for a Scrum Master for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
• Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to coach teams rather than direct them

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
• Background in technology, banking, fintech, or data platforms
• Exposure to cloud, microservices, or distributed systems
• Experience supporting multiple teams or complex programs

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Agile Coach certification

Employment type:- B2B Contract.
