Timestamp Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience to support several teams and work closely with Product Owners to align priorities and delivery objectives.

You will facilitate ceremonies, apply Scrum and Kanban principles, remove impediments, coach teams on Agile practices, and monitor progress using metrics to improve predictability and collaboration across the organisation.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong practical experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams with different dimensions and levels of experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish shared understanding, clarify complex topics and facilitate alignment.
• Experience identifying and resolving impediments, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, servant leadership and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Apply Scrum and Kanban principles to improve team flow, delivery predictability and continuous improvement.
• Manage and coordinate several teams with different sizes, structures and levels of maturity.
• Work closely with Product Owners to clarify requirements, align priorities and support decision-making.
• Promote a shared understanding between development teams, Product Owners, stakeholders and other delivery functions.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team performance and delivery.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values, Scrum practices, Kanban principles and continuous improvement.
• Monitor delivery progress, workflow and team metrics, using data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support dependency management, risk escalation and coordination across teams.
• Encourage transparency, accountability, collaboration and a healthy team environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices across the organisation.

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with more than 5 years of experience working with Scrum and Kanban.
